a new year

so i just got home.

apparently the new year means late nights in succession.

hmm.

i plan on getting into my bed and staying til about noonish.

last night we went to shelby and allie's and watched the Planet Earth DVDs. so beautiful.

I then fell asleep on the couch. and had all sorts of bizarre dreams.

prior to these events, i went to a wedding shower for my friends Mev (mary evelyn) and Greg from college. we all met while studying abroad in 2004. they however began dating and well.....the rest is history.

it amuses me because i like them so much separately, and will like them even more together.

i think I only know two other married couples that i like in that fashion. the guys are so pleasant (there's a better word...but i'm blanking) and witty and the ladies are quite sweet, but sharp. it makes for a nice combo.

the wedding is sunday, and it should be a fun time i think.
