Sometimes I jump on bandwagons quickly, other times I wait a while. in this case, if i hadn't waited so long....maybe i would've been able to find my size shoe in the city of nashville.

i'm referring to the guys above.

since i couldn't find them in town, i resorted to buying them online at the TOMS website.

i ended up looking around a bit, and was touched by the pictures of the Shoe Drop Trips that they go on throughout the year, giving free shoes to children. (for every pair you buy, a child gets a pair for free).

i thought to myself, "hmm, i wonder if they go to south america? and i wonder if they go in April? I doubt it..."

Lo and behold! They are organizing Shoe Drops in ARGENTINA for the end of March and throughout April. some of you know that i was planning a trip for leisure to Argentina in April. but what better way than to put shoes on little people's feet!?

so on a whim, (maybe?) i filled out an application to go. so we'll see if i get chosen.

i am not spontaneous. i think and rethink decisions. especially with money and travel and time, etc.

so i'm sort of shocked with myself.

but we'll see what happens. i'm not holding my breath.

but it's so convenient!
