6 days and counting!

until i am done with the CCU for ever amen.

until i go home for Christmas.

i think that is all.

i am just thankful this time is nearing a close. i'm not even thinking about the other yucky stuff ahead.

for now, just what is delightful and around the corner will do.

i realized that i have a very ridiculous wishlist this year, it should be more a set of things that i mark off my list, since i don't plan on asking for them...per se.

why not list them here while i'm hiding in the call room?
okay. :-)

1. worldvision's idea of giving set amounts of money to buy a family a goat, or pay for a baby's immunizations, or to rescue an exploited child is amazing. i would like to regularly start that...and/or find a way to give since my time is a bit more not my own commodity these days.

2. a pair of hunter wellington's. black or green methinks.

3. brown flats. actually any sort of cute flat will suffice....thank you jcrew for having a child's line equally as cute and cheaper than the adults for that.

4. a boyy slash bag. i have a weakness for designer bags...what can i say? and especially if they are under the radar and different looking.

5. versus the cheaper also very cute etsy Valhalla Brooklyn bag...she makes them herself...so that's neat.

6. claire vivier small leather pouches for various and sundry things.

7. a nice set of cookware. so i can actually make a pot a soup.

8. Annie's new CD. as well as Neon Indian's CD....or just the mp3 versions. who knows.

9. St. John Chrysteoum's book on Living Simply. yes... the above 4-5 things don't imply that goal. but humor me, i'm a lady of contradictions.
