the beginning

so i would like to thank Allie for once again reminding me of the joys of blogging.

I religiously updated a xanga site through the last half of my high school career to the last half of undergrad career...but it feels a bit outdated now.

so here i am!

i presume i could explain my blog title....seeing as i am by no means a misanthrope.

it is a reference to the name I had when I DJed in college. I personally think it's sort of funny...the fact that i happen to enjoy humanity quite a bit.

so i presume that britt being a misanthrope is a contradiction in terms.

at any rate, i guess we'll see if I am able to keep this up with clinics looming the distance.
